This is our favorite caesar pasta salad! Made with my homemade greek yogurt caesar dressing, it’s a simple dish that can be a unconfined starter salad, side dish or main wiring for chicken, steak, seafood or chickpeas. Super flavorful and easy too!

And this version, an uneaten summery, satisfying archetype caesar with the wing of tender pasta and toasty sourdough specie crumbs is at the top of the list. 

Its the perfect caesar, with well-done romaine lettuce, my homemade greek yogurt caesar dressing, lots of parmesan, golden sourdough crumbs and a whole tuft of cooked pasta tossed in for the ultimate seasonal side dish. You have got to make this!

Yes, its true. I share a LOT of caesar salad meal ideas, from kale salad, to slaw, to chicken wraps, to broccoli and brussels, to pizza, to asparagus and sandwiches and so much more. Its one of my familys favorite savor combinations and Ive found that in general, its pretty loved by everyone else too! Its universal over here in my tiny supplies universe. 

And its moreover ridiculously easy. There isnt a salad much simpler – this only requires a chop of romaine, a grate of parmesan, maybe some toasting of breadcrumbs and a whirl of dressing in a mini blender or bowl. Caesar salad is very kid-friendly in our house, probably considering there are no other crunchy vegetables or new ingredients. Nothing that stands out and screams Im new here and you have to try me! for those little hands and vision and mouths. 

Except the pasta. Which is anything but new, considering my kids would live on only pasta if they could. 

Lets moreover talk well-nigh what a fantastic wiring this is. Whether youre making it for dinner, as a salad for a dinner party or as a potluck dish to take to a summer BBQ, you can hands make it your own. I cant tell you how many times I have widow grilled yellow or salmon to this. Add in some steak or shrimp or plane tofu and of course, Ive thrown in chickpeas too! 

Its a unconfined salad for those who dont like to eat all their supplies combined in one big bowl. The pasta and salad can be served separately and if youre add in the protein, so can that. Its perfect! 

And yes, I know, I talk well-nigh this dressing ALL THE TIME. I make it so often that its such a staple in my fridge. We use it for nightly salads, dipping sauces, plane wraps. And its one of the only linty dressings that I really love on salad, so that is saying something. Its very flavorful with lots of lemon, parmesan and plane a touch of anchovy paste, which I encourage you to alimony in the recipe considering it adds an incredible savoriness. This is one of those recipes that is really quite simple. It doesnt require a recipe at all, whispered from the dressing.
